Umshini wokuwasha amabhodlela we-Ultrasonic usetshenziselwa ukusula ngaphakathi nangaphandle kwezitsha zokwelapha kanye namanye amabhodlela angama-cylinder.

Ukuvala inzalo nokomisa
Umhubhe wokuvala inzalo ogelezayo we-laminar osetshenziselwa izitsha ezigeziwe zokuvala inzalo okomile futhi ukhiphe ukushisa, Ungafinyelela izinga lokushisa eliphakeme kakhulu elingu-320℃, isikhathi esisebenzayo sokuvala inzalo emizuzwini engu-7.
Inezindawo ezintathu zokusebenza (Indawo yokushisa, indawo yokushisa, indawo yokupholisa).Indawo yokusebenza emithathu efakwe ku-steel base plate (indawo ephethwe nge-chrome).Ipuleti lokuvikela lisetshenziswa i-AISI304 ebelashwe ngokukhethekile.

1.I-compact line ibona ukuxhumana okukodwa, ukusebenza okuqhubekayo kusukela ekuwashweni, ekufakeni inzalo nokomisa, ukugcwalisa nokumisa, kanye ne-capping.Yonke inqubo yokukhiqiza ibona ukusebenza kokuhlanza;ivikela imikhiqizo ekungcoleni, ihlangabezana nezinga lokukhiqiza le-GMP.
2.Ukulawula okugcwele kwe-servo.
I-3.Isembozo sokuzivikela esiziphakamisayo esibonakalayo esinomshini wokukhipha umoya oswakeme, isilawuli sesikulufu sikagesi, siphephile futhi kulula ukusinakekela.
4.Ngomuthi oketshezi wamakhasimende kanye nezidingo zokunemba kokugcwalisa, uhlelo lokugcwalisa iphampu ye-ceramic lukhethiwe, olungaqinisekisa ngokuphumelelayo ukunemba kokugcwalisa futhi lungashintshwa ngokuguquguqukayo.
